  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Maple or Agave Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, maple or agave syrup, vanilla extract, and the blue spirulina powder until fully combined.
  2. Add the chia seeds and continue to mix until the seeds are fully incorporated.
  3. Cover the mixture and allow it to set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Remove the pudding from the refrigerator and mix with a spoon to incorporate the settled chia seeds before serving.
