Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cashew Butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 scoopd Vanilla Protein Powder (or package serving size)
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemps Seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients, starting with the soy milk, to the blender.
  2. Blend on slow speed until the ingredients just start to combine, then increase the speed until everything is smooth and well blended.
  3. Enjoy right away.
