A creamy chocolate peanut butter protein shake. Delicious and dairy-free.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 16 oz Plant Milk (I like to use unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 scoops of a Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Ora Organics Chocolate Protein Powder)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the plant milk first, then the protein powder, frozen banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, and ice.
  2. Start to blend on low or medium and then increase the speed to as the ingredients begin to combine.
  3. Enjoy!
