- 1/4 cup Fresh or Frozen Dragon Fruit (Pitaya)

- Agave or Maple Syrup ((optional))
Instructions
- In a food processor, purée the dragon fruit until it is smooth.
- To a bowl, add the yogurt, puréed dragon fruit, agave or maple syrup, and the toppings of your choice.
