This easy-to-make strawberry matcha chia pudding is a great way to get your matcha fix in the morning. Made with just five simple ingredients, this recipe can be meal prepped ahead of time for an easy breakfast.

- 1 cup Plant Milk (I use coconut or almond)
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
- 2 tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup Strawberry Jam or Compote
Instructions
- Sift the matcha into a small bowl.
- Then, add the plant milk and whisk it with the matcha until fully incorporated.
- Add the chia seeds and sweetener and continue whisking until combined.
- Cover the chia pudding and allow it to set in the refridgerator for at least 2-3 hours, giving it another stir about halfway through setting.
- Once the chia pudding has set, top it with the strawberry jam or compote to enjoy.
