- 1/2 cup Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 tsp Sweetener (I use agave syrup)
- 1/4 Frozen Fruit (of your choice)
Instructions
- Add the rolled oats, non-dairy milk, and sweetener to an airtight container.
- Stir to combine.
- Top with frozen fruit.
- Cover and allow to set in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Enjoy!
