This kiwi agua fresca recipe or, kiwi de agua, is delicious and refreshing. Perfect for a hot summer day, this drink is made with three simple ingredients and can be made with or without refined sugar as a healthier option to quench your thirst.
- 4 Fresh Kiwis
- 4 cups Filtered Water
- 2 tbsp Sweetener (I use Agave Syrup)
- Peel the skin from the kiwis and lightly rinse them to remove any skin fibers.
- To a blender, add the kiwis and water. Blend until smooth and combined.
- Transfer the agua fresca to a pitcher and sweeten to taste.
- Serve chilled.
