- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup Vegan Milk
Instructions
- Add the vegan milk, blueberries, banana, pineapples, and hemp seeds to a blender.
- Blend on medium speed until the frozen fruit starts to break down, then increase the speed and continue to blend until smoothie.
