Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. Pour the vegan milk to a measuring cup.
  2. Add the vinegar or lemon juice.
  3. Whisk or stir to combine.
  4. Set the buttermilk mixture aside to curdle.

Notes

Lemon juice can also be used in place of vinegar for this recipe.
