- 1 cups Plant-Based Yogurt ((we use Forager Cashewmilk Vanilla Bean Yogurt))
- 1 Kiwis
- 1/4 cup Blackberries
- 1/4 cup Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Almonds ((sliced or chopped))
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together the yogurt and agave or maple syrup.
- Peel and thinly slice the kiwi.
- Slice the blackberries in half (if desired).
- Slice the strawberries into quarters.
- Chop the almonds (if needed).
- Add the kiwi, blackberries, strawberries, almonds, and hemp seeds to the yogurt.
- Enjoy!
