Description
Crispy baked tofu is easy to make without needing an air fryer and is much healthier than deep frying. Made with only 4 simple ingredients, these delicious bites can be made in 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 Block Extra or Super Firm Tofu
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (or tamari)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 420℉.
- Cut the tofu into ½-inch, bite-sized cubes.
- Add the tofu and soy sauce to a container with a lid and gently shake the container to coat all of the tofu.
- Allow the tofu to marinate in the soy sauce for at least 5 minutes.
- Pour the olive oil over the tofu, cover, and shake the tofu again to coat it with the oil.
- Add the cornstarch, cover, and give the tofu one last gentle toss to fully coat it.
- Spread the tofu in an even layer onto a parchment lined baking sheet, being sure that no cubes are touching.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and allow the tofu to continue baking for 5 additional minutes.
- Remove the tofu from the oven and allow it to cool before serving.
