Agua con chia or chia water is a healthy, refreshing, and nourishing drink that is perfect for a hot day or a quick and simple nutrition boost.
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 3 cups Water
- To a jar or container with a lid, add the chia seeds to 1 cup of water.
- Close the container tightly and shake for 10-20 seconds.
- Put the hydrated chia seeds into the regridgerator t set for at least one hour.
- Add 2 cups of water and the soaked chia sees to a pitcher and stir with a fork or whisk.
- Chill until ready to serve.
