Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple
  • 1/4 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Avocado (about 1 whole)
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. To a blender, add the coconut water, ice, maple syrup, spinach, apples, and avocado.
  2. Blend on medium until the frozen fruit starts to break down, then increase the speed to high and continue to blend until smooth.
