- 2 Slices of Break
- 1/4 cup Vegan Cream Cheese (I use Kite Hill Plain Cream Cheese)
- 1/4 cup Pistachios
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 3 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 1 tsp Orange Juice
Instructions
- Chop the pistachios and walnuts.
- In a dry skillet, toast the nuts until fragrant, about 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Be sure to toss or stir occasionally.
- In a small bowl, mix the agave syrup and orange juice until fully combined.
- Toast the bread.
- Spread the cream cheese on the toast and top with the toasted nuts.
- Drizzle the orange agave syrup onto the toast.
- Enjoy!
