Watermelon Chia Fresca

Ingredients

  • 1 Mini Watermelon
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 cup Filtered Water
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice and cube the watermelon.
  2. Slice and juice the lime.
  3. Add watermelon to the blender and blend on medium-high until the cubes become juice.
  4. Using a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and strain the watermelon juice. Do this about a half cup at a time, cleaning the pulp from the sieve each time until all of the juice is strained.
  5. Transfer the juice to a pitcher and add the lime juice, chia seeds, and filtered water.
  6. Stir and allow to set for 1 hour.
  7. Shake or stir before serving.
  8. Enjoy!
