- 1 Mini Watermelon
- 1 Lime (juiced)
- 1/2 cup Filtered Water
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- Slice and cube the watermelon.
- Slice and juice the lime.
- Add watermelon to the blender and blend on medium-high until the cubes become juice.
- Using a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl and strain the watermelon juice. Do this about a half cup at a time, cleaning the pulp from the sieve each time until all of the juice is strained.
- Transfer the juice to a pitcher and add the lime juice, chia seeds, and filtered water.
- Stir and allow to set for 1 hour.
- Shake or stir before serving.
