These apple pie overnight oats are rich and creamy, with warm spices and sweet stewed apples. A simple and delicious grab-and-go breakfast!

- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Plant Milk (I use almond milk)
- 1 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- pinch Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Stewed Apples
- Sliced Almond & Pumpkin Seeds (optional topping)
Instructions
- Add the oats, plant milk, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to an airtight container.
- Mix well until the cashew butter is fully incorporated.
- Top the oatmeal with the stewed apples and allow the oatmeal to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, top with nuts and seeds of your choice.
