- Toast. In a dry skillet on medium-low heat, toast the pistachios until they are slightly browned and fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the olive oil to the skillet and raise the heat to medium-high. Toast the bread on both sides to your desired darkness, then remove them from the skillet.
