Why You’ll Love This Dressing Recipe:

This recipe uses simple ingredients, including dried herbs instead of fresh herbs that make it easy for you to whip up a batch anytime you need it for a fraction of the cost. No food processor or blender needed.

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make Vegan Ranch Dressing:

  • Vegan Yogurt: I like to use plain, unsweetened cashew yogurt.
  • Vegan Mayo: Any dairy-free brand will do.
  • Lemon Juice
  • Dry Herbs: Dill, parsley, and chives.
  • Seasonings: onion powder and garlic powder.
  • Plant Milk: I like to use almond milk or soy milk.
  • Salt & Pepper

How to Make Vegan Ranch Dressing:

  1. In a bowl, add the vegan mayo, yogurt, lemon juice, dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: For a more pourable consistency add a non-dairy milk of your choice to a few tablespoons at a time until you’ve reached your desired texture.

Do I have to use vegan mayo?

No. You can replace the vegan mayo with more plain vegan yogurt.  I would recommend adding a tablespoon or two of nutritional yeast to tone down the tart flavor of the yogurt.

How to Store:

This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
