Ingredients to Make Creamy Raspberry Dressing:

  • Raspberries: the main flavor of this dressing. Fresh or frozen raspberries may be used.
  • Cashews: make this dressing creamy and smooth.
  • Maple Syrup: to balance the tartness of the raspberries.
  • Filtered Water: to help with blending.
  • Lemon Juice: to brighten the flavors.
  • Salt: to enhance the flavors.
This creamy raspberry dressing adds a bright and slightly sweet pop of flavor to any fresh salad. Made with just a few simple ingredients, this dressing comes together in minutes.

How to Make Creamy Raspberry Dressing:

  1. Soak the cashews in water overnight in the fridge or in boiled water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and rinse when ready to use.
  2. Add the raspberries, cashews, maple syrup, fresh water, and lemon juice to a blender. and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Salt to taste and serve with your favorite salad.

How to Store:

This creamy raspberry dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
